black culatta leather day bag

the compact shoulder bag has been cut from a butter soft full grain 1.8mm vegetable tanned and waxed horse culatta leather

with a visible layer of subdermal cordovan. the matte black leather features an array of grain and scarring to give some depth to the bag. crafted with a single piece pattern construction with our signature overlocked hand stitched sides in a 0.7mm hand waxed Japanese linen thread. the unlined interior features a zipper pocket with two card slots.

hand forged iron hardware holds the hand stitched shoulder strap which is adjusted by a hand forged iron hook. the bag is finished off with a riri zipper closure and custom .925 oxidised zipper pull. each piece comes in a hand made calf leather package.

applying protective cream:
- apply a thin coat of the cream on a soft and clean cotton cloth
- spread it evenly in a circular motion over the surface of the leather
- if the leather is extremely dry – repeat the process up to two times within four hours
- the protective cream provides a shine and also gently darkens the leather
- do not apply the cream directly on the leather
