the leather body harness, has been cut from a butter soft full grain 2mm vegetable tanned, washed and tumbled horse culatta leather. the leather has been treated with an iron dye that has been brewing in the atelier for 24 months and reacts with the leathers tannins to create an array of blue,black and grey nuances.

crafted from a multiple piece pattern the body harness features two hand forged iron rings to anchor the 4 disconnected leather straps. a minimal but versatile piece that can be layered over clothing or worn directly on the body.
each of the stitch holes have been individually spaced and punched by hand, with each stitch meticulously implemented in a tonal 0.65mm hand waxed japanese linen thread without the use of machines.
