the third iteration of our signature long wallet series has been hand cut from a butter soft full grain washed and tumbled 1.6mm vegetable tanned horse culatta with a bone aniline dyed finish. culatta is a special cut combined of the rear just above the cordovan, the belly middles and the hind shanks, offering a dense structure, tight grain and medium to firm temper. vegetable tanning is a traditional method of treating the hide using natural extracts such as tree bark, for a truly artisanal and robust finish.
hand crafted over a 20 hour period without the use of machines, the wallet has been sewn with a tonal hand waxed 0.65mm japanese linen thread. an open seam construction forms the front panel which is fastened with a hand forged wrought iron coffin nail. multiple card slots to the the interior allow you to hold up to 18 cards and are complimented by a riri m4 zipper pocket with a custom 10 hour slow oxidised .925 sterling silver zipper pull.
a large note or passport compartment to the rear features subtle details such as our signature branding.
